H. Clark Adams Chief Executive Officer, Chairman
Mr. Adams has over 30 years in sales, marketing and managing of pharmaceutical and innovative medical device companies. He has a B.S. in Business Administration from Murray State University and received an MBA from Southeastern Nova University, Ft. Lauderdale, FL. He was awarded the “Distinguished Alumni Award” from the College of Business and Communications, Murray State University in 2002.

Mr. Adams has worked with several of the most innovative medical device companies in the industry, Cardiac Pacemakers Inc (Guidant), St. Jude Medical, and IVAC (Alaris Medical). Mr. Adams cofounded two medical device companies, Deltec Systems and Ablation Technologies, and he has raised over $30 million in seed and venture funding.

Charles Kerber, M.D. Founder & President
Professor, Radiology and Neurosurgery, UCSD
Dr. Kerber received a B.S. in chemistry with honors from the University of Pittsburgh, then graduated from the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine. Following his surgical internship, Dr. Kerber joined the Marines and became flight surgeon for Squadron 533.

After active duty, Dr. Kerber began basic research to develop a new medical specialty, Interventional Neuroradiology. He is the author of more than 120 scientific articles, 10 medical textbook chapters. Dr. Kerber combines this research with teaching young doctors to perform brain therapy procedures at the University of California, San Diego School of Medicine.

In 2006, The American Society of Neuroradiology presented Dr. Kerber with the Gold Medal Award for his contribution to the growth and respectability of the ASNR, primarily through his contributions to the evolution and advancement of Interventional Neuroradiology.

Dr. Kerber has founded two prior device companies, Biodyne Inc (sold to Cook Inc) and ProHold Medical Technologies (sold to Provasis Inc).

Robert Elms, BSCE Director of Operations
Senior manager with eighteen years experience in manufacturing, packaging and materials management facilities and engineering management including proficiency in scale-up, validation and financial/budgetary aspects of operations. Strong decision maker and hands-on trouble shooter who has a “data driven” philosophy and is dedicated to meeting the needs of the customer. Solid experience in design and construction of manufacturing and packaging facilities, process improvement, technology transfer and cost analysis and reduction. Thorough understanding of QSR and ISO requirements. Additional skills and management experience in cross-functional project management, team development, personnel development, cost avoidance, business development and operational enhancement. Eight years additional experience as a consultant, supporting medical device clients in technical, operations, management and product development areas.

Peter Friedman, Ph.D Director of Product Formulations, Master Chemist
Dr. Friedman received his B.Sc. in chemistry from the University of Tel Aviv in Israel, followed by completing his M.Sc. (Thesis: "Cyclc Phosphate Intermediates in the Enzymic Cleavage of phospholipids”) and Ph.D. (Thesis: "Synthesis, Hydrolysis and Biological Relevance of 5 Membered Cyclic Phosphoramidates") studies graduating from the Weizmann Institute of Science in Rehovot, Israel, in 1996. Dr Friedman’s research focused on biologically relevant cyclic phosphates and phosphoramidates under the guidance of Prof. M. Shinitzky.

Between 1996-2000, Dr. Friedman was a postdoctoral fellow with Prof. E.A. Dennis followed by Project Scientist tenure at Department of Chemistry and Biochemistry, University of California, San Diego studying the catabolism of oxidized phospholipids, as precursors of atherosclerosis.

Dr. Friedman has a successful track of peer reviewed grants and scientific publications summarizing his achievements.
